Chelsea team news: Mudryk back in training
The Chelsea team news update from the club lists Mudryk as “returning to full team training”. That does not confirm he will be in the squad for Tottenham, and Chelsea have not said whether he will be involved on Saturday. However, it is a step forward for the winger. The update was published ahead of the Premier League fixture and is the club’s latest word on the squad’s fitness.
Elsewhere in the Chelsea team news, Armando Broja is still receiving treatment for irritation on his knee, the club said. Meanwhile, Trevoh Chalobah, Carney Chukwuemeka, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku are all continuing their rehabilitation programmes. Ben Chilwell is continuing his rehabilitation out of the country this week. No timescale was given for any of the players in rehabilitation. The update named eight players in total.
Training at a wet Cobham
Chelsea’s official training gallery describes a busy session at a wet and windy Cobham. The club said Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro and Estevao Willian were pictured, alongside Moises Caicedo, Marco Palestra and Morgan Rogers. As a result, all of those players appear to be training ahead of the weekend. The club asked supporters to stay tuned to the Chelsea Official App and the club website for all the latest Chelsea team news ahead of the game.

What this Chelsea team news means for Tottenham
The squad has plenty of options in attack. Chelsea host Tottenham in the Premier League on Saturday, with the club saying all eyes are on the game.
